AKJ SKIN was founded by Abdul, a Civil Engineer with a passion for skincare. After seeing how harsh environments affected men’s skin, Abdul created AKJ SKIN to offer simple, effective skincare tailored for men.

How do I contact AKJ SKIN?

How do I return a product?
We hope you love your AKJ SKIN products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Simply email customercare@akjskin.com.au with your order number, the items you’d like to return, and the reason. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and products must be unused and in their original condition. Once approved, we’ll provide further instructions, including how to share your return tracking details.
What is the refund process?
Your satisfaction means everything to us. Once we receive your return, we’ll get in touch to confirm its arrival and process your refund or exchange. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
What if my product is damaged, incorrect, or faulty?
We want you to have the best experience with AKJ SKIN, so if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at customercare@akjskin.com.au as soon as possible. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund — whatever works best for you.
What is your policy on promotions and gifts with purchase?
We hope you love every part of your order — including the little extras! If you need to return an item that came with a free gift, please include the gift with your return so we can process everything smoothly. Refunds will only cover the amount paid after any discounts.
Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping free?
We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $50. International orders under AU$125 incur a AU$25 shipping fee.
When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Regional, rural, and international deliveries may take longer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to track your delivery.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes via Australia Post.
Can I pay extra for express shipping?
We aim to offer express shipping when possible (often at no extra cost), but it’s not guaranteed. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney.
What if my delivery goes missing?
We work closely with Australia Post to ensure your order arrives safely. If your tracking says ‘delivered’ but you can’t find your package, please contact us straight away at customercare@akjskin.com.au. We’ll do everything we can to help, however, AKJ SKIN is not responsible for missing packages with confirmed delivery.
