1. Shipping and Returns
AKJ SKIN offers FREE Standard shipping for all orders shipped within Australia over $50 (AUD).
AKJ SKIN also offers Express shipping for all orders shipped within Australia for $10 (AUD).
We also offer Standard International shipping to available destinations outside of Australia:
$25 (AUD) – orders below AU$125 sent with Australia Post (standard shipping).
Free – orders above AU$125 sent with Australia Post (standard shipping).
Once you place your order, all items that are in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Any order placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday (or if Monday is a holiday, the next business day).
iii. How long will my order take to arrive?
Generally, our products take 2-4 business days to arrive. Please note, regional, rural, and international destinations may take longer. We use Australia Post for all our products.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information with a tracking link that you can follow via email.
Yes, we can! All items sent with Australia Post can be shipped to a PO Box.
vi. Can I pay extra for express shipping?
We always try to choose express shipping for our customers when possible (for free) however we cannot always guarantee it. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch with us before your item ships.
vii. Where are you shipping from?
We ship from our Sydney based warehouse daily.
viii. What if my delivery goes missing?
AKJ SKIN will not be responsible for any missing packages provided we have proof of delivery to the correct address. All of our deliveries are carried out with a proof of delivery photo. If you believe your AKJ SKIN product has been delivered to the incorrect address, please get in touch with our friendly team and we will help you right away.
